Earthworks
We collaborate with carefully chosen earthworks contractors to guarantee that our final products and exterior projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. This approach reduces risks for both the main contractor and the client, while allowing for a more organized program.

Concrete Placing & Finishing
Our company is founded on our commitment to foster enduring relationships with our customers by surpassing their expectations and earning their trust through outstanding performance. This is achieved via repeat and referral business driven by customer satisfaction in every aspect, including punctuality, meticulous attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset.
The workforce comprises approximately 6 to 8 day shift teams, organized based on the size of the concrete pour. Each day shift team consists of a concrete supervisor, straight edge worker(s), and general workers. To complement the day teams, a skilled night shift team handles the power floating of the concrete floor. All night shift workers are trained by Ian Dickie / Hard Hat / Talisman Hire in operating power floats and ride-on trowels, each holding a competency certificate.
Concrete Lazer Flooring
We are excited to reintroduce our concrete laser flooring division in response to the demand for a more cost-effective solution. Leveraging Ligchine’s innovative market technology, we can now offer reliable laser-guided screeds that utilize advanced automation for achieving perfectly flat finished concrete. This state-of-the-art technology enables us to operate in three dimensions, unlike previous methods that were limited to a single gradient. With Ligchine, the placement process is automated, enhancing efficiency and reducing the risks associated with quality.
Construction Joints, Seamless Floors and Grinded floors

Our prefabricated armored joints meet the rigorous demands of modern industrial ground-bearing concrete floors. Additionally, we offer a cutting-edge composite material for Steel Fiber Reinforced Concrete (SFRC), which brings various benefits to the construction and use of concrete floors.
We also provide our clients with high-quality, visually appealing 4-7 Stage exposed aggregate floors that are ground, polished, and densified using a lithium sealer.
